Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Vepra, operated by ATEDA ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old and provide an accurate email address. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself. We require you to confirm your email address before you can publish a site — this exists to stop the platform being used to host fraudulent pages.

Your content is yours

You keep all rights to the text, images and designs you put into Vepra. You grant us only the licence we need to host, back up and display it in order to run the service. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

What you may not do

• Publish anything unlawful, or that infringes someone else's rights
• Impersonate a person or organisation, or run phishing, malware or other fraudulent pages
• Send spam, or use the platform to distribute it
• Attempt to break, overload, or bypass the limits of the service, including its AI quotas
• Resell or white-label Vepra without our written agreement
• Copy, scrape or extract the service, its templates, design guidance or other material we provide, by automated means or otherwise. This does not cover your own content or the pages you publish
• Reverse engineer or decompile the service, except where the law allows it regardless of this term
• Use the service, its AI features or its connection to AI assistants to build or train a product that competes with Vepra

We may suspend or remove a site that breaches these rules. Where circumstances allow we will tell you first, but for active fraud or abuse we may act immediately.

Plans, trials and payment

Each new workspace starts with a 14-day trial and does not require a card. Every site made during the trial has Plus features. When the trial ends each of those sites moves to the Free plan automatically: it stays online, shows a "Site by Vepra" badge, its monthly AI allowance is reduced, and traffic to any custom domain redirects to your vepra.al address until you upgrade. A site made after the trial starts on the Free plan.

Plus is billed per site through Stripe, in advance, monthly or yearly. You can cancel at any time and keep Plus until the end of the period you have paid for. If a payment fails we may move the site to Free after a grace period. Prices are in euros and exclude any tax that may apply where you are. We may change prices with 30 days' notice, and never part-way through a period you have already paid for.

Refunds

Email hello@convey.studio within 14 days of a payment and we will refund it.

AI features

Vepra uses AI to generate layouts and content. AI output can be wrong, generic, or unsuitable, and you are responsible for reviewing anything you publish. We make no promise that generated output is unique to you.

Availability

We work to keep Vepra available, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime level. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service altogether we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your content.

Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or that has been inactive for a long period, after notice where reasonable. Once an account is closed we delete its content, so export anything you want to keep.

Liability

Vepra is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Our intellectual property

The Vepra software, editor, and brand remain ours. These terms give you a right to use the service, not a right to copy or rebuild it.

The templates, blocks and design guidance we provide, including what our AI features and assistant connection send, are ours and are licensed to you only to build and run your own sites.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in the product, and the date above will change. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ATEDA is established, without affecting any mandatory protections you have where you live.
